Parexel was named one of the World’s Top Companies for Women 2024 in Forbes magazine along with other companies that earned a top score on their survey.
Forbes, in partnership with Statista, surveyed around 100,000 women working for multinational corporations globally to compile this ranking. The survey asked employees about their employer’s brand, public opinion, and the percentage of women in leadership roles emphasizing the importance of gender equality in the workplace. The 400 companies with the highest total scores made the list of the World’s Top Companies For Women 2024.
